How does our website work?

Our website acts as a price comparison website only and is not used to process any bookings.

All search functions & results are done by our travel partners as shown below with bookings done via Third Party websites. You will be shown which Third Party website relates to your travel offer before you are referred to the Third Party website.

Information we collect from you

When you access our website, we use cookies to record data regarding your device such as your IP address, country, browser information & language for marketing purposes through Google Analytics. Find out more on our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect any personal information such as your name, age, email address (unless you are subscribing to our email list), phone number, passport details or address. These details will be requested during the booking & payment process for your booking but is done completely by the Third Party website that you are referred to, subject to the relevant Third Party website’s Privacy Policy & terms.

Marketing email list

When subscribing to our marketing email list, we will only ask you for your email address & country. The country information is only used for statistics purposes and to provide you with marketing email content that is more relevant to your location. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe button on any of our emails.

If you are providing details about another individual to subscribe them to our marketing email list, you acknowledge that you have obtained consent from them to do so.

Orders & payments

As our website acts as a price comparison website only, no orders, payments or transactions are completed via our website. As such, we do not store any information relating to your order or payment details. Any queries regarding orders or transactions should be directed to the travel booking website that you were referred to.

The flight & hotel search functions on the Fareferret website & app are provided by Go Travel Un Limited.

Any reference to data processor, our, us & we in this section relates to Go Travel Un Limited, its subsidiaries and its data processors.

Go Travel Un Limited is a Hong Kong Corporation (number 1658681) having its registered office at Suite 1504, 15/F, Chinachem Tower, 34-37 Connaught Rd Central, Hong Kong doing business as Travelpayouts, its subsidiaries and its data processors collectively referred to as Travelpayouts), who operate a number of web sites allowing you to search for airline tickets, hotel rooms, travel insurance and car rentals.

We collect the information provided by you to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our Website, products and services. You provide some of this information voluntarily, this includes information you provide if you register to use the App, download or register the App, enter into any transaction on the App or the Website, send us a query or feedback, purchase goods via the Website, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site, promotion or survey, or when you report a problem with our Website.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below 16 without the consent of the child’s holder of parental responsibility.
